With 4+ years of experience in marketing, music, concerts & festivals and radio, Emma Souther manages NoiseHouse business operations and opportunities. Fresh out of college, Emma joined NoiseHouse as a Project Coordinator where she oversaw the growth and development of Insomniac Radio, a 24/7 dance music station and home to NoiseHouse content. The radio station now garners approximately 330K listeners per day throughout North America. In addition, Emma coordinates outside broadcasts for the largest dance music festivals in North America such as EDC Las Vegas, HARD Summer, Nocturnal Wonderland, Escape, EDC Orlando, EDC Mexico, Beyond Wonderland  & more as part of Insomniac Radio’s programming. As the Head of Operations, Emma now oversees almost all aspects of the business: audio production, video production and the management of Insomniac Radio as well as creating new business opportunities.

Emma graduated from Tulane University in May 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management with a double major in Marketing and Management. Prior to NoiseHouse, Emma worked for Philymack as the Digital & Social Media Intern where she managed social accounts and strategies for Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, DNCE, Bea Miller and Chord Overstreet. Prior to her time at Philymack, Emma interned for the Ayzenberg Group, a full service marketing agency in Pasadena, CA, specializing in gaming industry with clients such as XBOX and SEGA of America as the Social Media & Public Relations Intern. Souther’s first internship was at Holly Street Wealth Management, a boutique wealth management firm where she assisted with marketing projects.

Emma attended her first EDC Las Vegas in 2016 and fell in love with the dance music scene. From that moment on, she made it her goal to work within the music industry, more specifically within the dance music industry. You can most definitely see this 5’2″ blonde bopping around at the festivals at either the techno tent, the house stage, or the trance stage.
